Nitu Sohi is an Associate Lawyer at Juriscorp Law Offices.
With her legal experience spanning criminal, civil litigation, immigration, real estate, estate planning and corporate law, Nitu brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients.
Nitu has represented clients before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta as well as the Provincial Court of Alberta.
Nitu received her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Leicester and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2013. She is also conversant in both Hindi and Punjabi and continually expands her knowledge with professional development for the benefit of her clients.
Today, she focuses her legal practice between Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, and Estate Planning matters.
Throughout her legal career, Nitu has always focused her attention on taking care of the client’s best interests. She is not only a supporter of charitable and not-for-profit organizations she is also a committee member of the Women in Residential Construction (CHBA) which promotes women involvement within the home building industry.
Nitu was born and raised in Edmonton and is happily married with two wonderful children. Nitu enjoys spending her spare time with her family.
Nitu is a strong proponent of continual professional development and has completed courses such as Interest Based Negotiations and has taken part in several Wills and Estates and Corporate Law seminars and she continues to regularly take part in such seminars and courses.
