Rahul is an Associate Lawyer at Juriscorp Law. He completed his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees at Bond University in Australia. Rahul completed the Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee of Accreditation in 2020. Rahul was called to the bar in 2021.

Prior to studying law, Rahul completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University, majoring in accounting. Rahul also worked for an accounting firm and has experience working with various businesses.

Rahul’s practice primarily focuses on transactions matters related to real estate purchase and sale, refinances, commercial business transactions, franchise matters and corporate restructuring and reorganizations. Throughout his practice, Rahul has managed to create a client centered approach that has been well reviewed by our office’s clients and industry partners.

Rahul is fluent in English and Punjabi. Rahul continues expanding his legal experience and knowledge working directly with his colleagues at Juriscorp Law.

When not at the office, Rahul enjoys participating in outdoor physical activities, playing hockey and golf, exploring food and cocktails, and traveling to different parts of the world.
