Harshdeep is an Associate Lawyer at Juriscorp Law Offices.
Harshdeep focuses her practice in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates. She brings multiple years of experience in contentious and non-contentious family, divorce and estate matters. She regularly appears before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court.
Harshdeep is adept at utilizing diverse options in solving her clients’ problems. She is a skilled litigator and can fight for her clients in court. However, she understands that sometimes resolving matters amicably is more efficient than going to court. As an educator and trusted advisor, she believes in providing her clients with options and lets them be the final decision makers.
Harshdeep likes to work with her clients in a personable manner, with a goal of providing them with customized solutions to suit their unique needs. This approach helps her to resolve complex and high-conflict matters as efficiently as possible.
Prior to working at Juriscorp, Harshdeep worked as an Associate Lawyer at a well-established law firm in Edmonton, focusing in the fields of Family Law, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.
Harshdeep received her law degree from India and moved to Canada in 2016. After receiving her accreditation in Toronto, she completed her articles in Edmonton. She can provide legal services in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
Harshdeep firmly believes in giving back to her community. She has been extensively involved with local not-for-profit organizations, notably with the Indo-Canadian Women’s Association where she led their radio series – “PROJECT GYAN” – as a guest speaker on legal matters. She also drafted and edited a Family Law handbook for new immigrants, which was recently published by their office.
In her free time, Harshdeep enjoys travelling, gardening and listening to music. She is happily married, has a daughter, and loves to spend time with her family.
