Harshdeep practices Family Law, Real Estate, and Wills & Estates. She brings a broad range of experience handling both contentious and non-contentious family, divorce, and estate matters.
She regularly appears before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. Her approach is both compassionate and practical. While she is a skilled litigator who is prepared to strongly advocate for her clients in court, her background in Alternative Dispute Resolution allows her to prioritize efficient and amicable resolutions whenever possible. In her real estate practice, Harshdeep assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinancings, and title transfers. She can work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies for all types of complex and high-conflict matters.
Harshdeep is deeply committed to community engagement and has served as a guest speaker on legal issues for the Indo-Canadian Women's Association's radio series PROJECT GYAN and co-authored a Family Law handbook for newcomers to Canada.
