In addition to his commercial work, Kalpesh regularly handles real estate transactions, including residential purchases, sales, and refinancing. Kalpesh completed his articling in Edmonton, where he primarily gained hands-on experience in residential real estate transactions, with additional exposure to commercial matters and certain family law matters, primarily in document preparation. During this time, he developed strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files while supporting timely and efficient client outcomes.

Prior to relocating to Canada, Kalpesh practiced law in India beginning in 2016, where he worked on real estate, corporate-commercial matters, and civil litigation. In 2022, he moved to Canada to continue his legal career, successfully completing the accreditation process. He obtained his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA), completed the Alberta bar admission requirements through the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education (CPLED), and was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2025.
